Mr. Dan Mahoney is a seasoned, senior level executive with over 30 years of experience and success in achieving top-line growth, bottom-line profitability and strengthening enterprise equity value, for private, publicly traded and equity owned companies in multiple industries.

He has a successful record of strengthening enterprise equity value, reducing operating costs, and improving bottom-line profitability in turnaround, acquisition, industry roll-up, and leveraged environments. He has successfully guided many complex and sophisticated businesses.

He serves on several Boards of Directors of US companies with particular focus on distribution based industries. He has been involved in more than 30 merger and acquisition projects throughout his career. He earned a BS in accounting from Bentley College, Waltham, MA.
